為香港及大中華地區個人及團體, 就自閉譜系及相關發展障礙範圍, 提供專業意見及協助, 提升專業服務水準

To provide professional advice and assistance to individuals and or organizations of the autism and related developmental disabilities service sector with the aim to raise the professional service standard.

2/ 公司業務範圍 Company Business Activities

為香港及大中華地區自閉譜系教育及康復訓練團體, 提供下列專業顧問服務:

To provide the following services for Hong Kong and greater China regions autism educational and rehabilitation training organizations:

2.1 協助自閉症譜系及相關發展障礙範圍團體招募及提供專業人員在職培訓

To assist the recruitment and in-service training for professional staff of autism and related developmental disabilities services organizations

2.2 承辦自閉譜系及相關發展障礙範圍教育課程, 工作坊, 研討會, 國際會議, 交流探訪及學習團

To organize autism and related disabilities educational course, workshop, seminar, international conference, exchange visit and study tour

2.3 為自閉譜系及相關發展障礙人士和家庭提供轉介服務

To provide referral services for persons and families with members of autism and related developmental disabilities

2.4 為有需要的自閉譜系人士, 家庭及服務團體提供專業意見

To provide professional advice to persons and families with members of autism and related developmental disabilities

2.5 從事與自閉譜系相關學術及政策研究, 課程開發, 社會調查, 出版刊物及相關目標活動

To participate in autism and related services academic and policy studies, curriculum design, survey, publication and related activities

2.6 為有需要的團體在人力資及發展, 機構重整及營運策略等相關範疇提供專業意見

To provide human resources and development, organizational review and operation strategic professional consultation to related organizations

3/ 公司創辦人 - 余秀螢先生 (香港註冊社工)

Profile of Founder - Francis YU Sau-Ying, R.S.W. (Simple English Version at bottom of page)

· 2000年成立「香港自閉症聯盟」，聯合一批家長和專家，從事義務工作，致力於推動大中華地區自閉症關顧及社區教育工作。

· 自2008年開始聯同粵港澳臺等地機構，攜手推動聯合國【世界關顧自閉日】大中華地區活動(每年4月2日) 。

· 2017年退休後，並聯合一批志同道合專家，成立「亞洲正向行為支援學院有限公司」，推廣正向行為支援 (Positive Behavior Support) 的培訓和應用。

· 2018年開始以自僱人士身份從事自閉症教育顧問工作, 成立「香港自閉症教育顧問有限公司」, 為香港及大中華地區個人及或團體, 就自閉症及相關發展障礙範圍, 提供專業意見及協助組織教育課程, 工作坊, 研討會, 論壇, 交流探訪及學習團等活動

· 2018年6月14日在香港成立「香港自閉症教育顧問有限公司」

· 2018-2020 修讀香港教育大學教育碩士課程優異畢業 (Graduate with Distinction)

社會工作者註冊局（註冊局）乃根據一九九七年六月六日生效的《社會工作者註冊條例》（《條例》）而於一九九八年一月十六日成立的法定機構。

香港城市大學 - 公共及社會行政學士後專業文憑PgD in Public & Social Administration

香港教育大學 - 教育碩士 (特殊教育) Master of Education

Company Founder - YU Sau-Ying, Francis (Mr) (R.S.W.)

An experienced registered social worker working in Hong Kong since 1982 and with 27 years serving persons with intellectual disabilities. By year 2000, Francis established the Autism Hong Kong (AHK), a volunteering organization consisted of parents and professional.

The objective of the AHK is to promote public awareness and educational activities for persons and families with members of autism and related disabilities. Starting from 2008, AHK in collaboration with university, parents’ groups and non-governmental organizations jointly organized the United Nations World Autism Awareness Day Greater China Regional activities (2 April of every year). Francis had retired from his full-time job in early 2017 and set up the Positive Behaviour Support Academy Asia Limited in promoting the training and integration of positive behaviour support theory in China and Hong Kong.

Starting from 2018 onward, he set up the AHK Education Consultants Limited to work as a freelanced professional to provide professional advice and to assist the organization of educational course, workshop, seminar, conference, exchange visit and study tours for persons and organizations serving persons with autism and related developmental disabilities in Hong Kong and greater China regions.
